The Social Media Marketing Manager possesses a good level of marketing and social media expertise and is responsible for the implementation of the strategy and the execution of Digital activities for our products.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing, Communications,(Preferred).

Experience requirements:

02 - 04 Years

Skills Required:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing for the e-commerce industry.

Strong understanding of the web and social media analytical tools.

Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently communicate ideas, be interactive and have a good instinct for business.

Self-motivated individual who derives their source of energy from people & ideas and knows how to get the best from the available resources.

Outstanding ability to think strategically, and to identify and resolve problems.

Excellent judgment/decision making, conflict resolution, leadership, and motivational skills.

Organic, Video & Influencer marketing experience is a must.

Knowledge of social media tools, such as: scheduling/posting & reporting


Design and create enticing 2D & 3D motion graphics for video deliverables

Assembling all raw footage in case of recorded clips, or creating videos from scratch - Creating/ finalizing graphics and effects, such as transitional elements, text and subtitles, animations, or motion graphics for animated or 2D/3D video requirements

Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable- Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the programmed /film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages- Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video

Gathering images and sound clips to develop a video, adding supers to the video wherever required, and so on

Additional tasks may include :- Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing- Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements- Suggesting or selecting music-

Required Skills
At least 2 years professional experience developing video creativeExpert knowledge of Adobe After Effects

Must be able to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume projects and quick turn-around

Detailed understanding of consumer-facing ad experiences on social ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and partner ad networks

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with great communication skills (both verbal and written) who is passionate about managing a large community of CrossBeats customers.

The person must be a good listener and sensitive at handling users queries and providing them with the best experience and resolution.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and chat.

Taking ownership of issues raised by customers and work with cross functional teams to investigate, escalate and resolve them at the earliest for customer delight.

Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.

Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for appropriate action.

Monitoring real time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required

Required Experience and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

1 - 3 years of experience in customer support role.

E-commerce experience mandatory

Good knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel)Experience with Freshdesk and other customer support software
