We ship products within 24 hours. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.


Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.


Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.


The confirmation email will include the delivery details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can write to us at support@crossbeats.in


Yes, we do take orders over the phone. To place an order over the phone, you can call us or whatsapp at +91 9611293293 and provide the following information: 1) Name 2) Complete Address with pincode 3) Email address 4) Product to be ordered 5) Phone Number


We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
